Terms of use
Draft — pending legal review
Last updated: 12 July 2026
1. Who we are
Sanjione operates an online discovery and lead-generation platform. We are an aggregator and intermediary: we help customers find independent medical equipment suppliers, and we help suppliers receive rental enquiries. We are not a party to the rental, sale, delivery, payment, or service relationship between customer and supplier.
We do not own, stock, rent, insure, or operate the equipment listed on the platform (unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific listing). We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Terms for website users (customers)
- Listings, prices, stock, delivery times, and descriptions are indicative only and are provided by suppliers. They are not a final quote or a binding offer from Sanjione.
- By submitting an enquiry you consent to Sanjione sharing your contact and enquiry details with one or more relevant suppliers so they can respond.
- Any rental agreement, deposit, payment, refund, delivery, installation, training, or return of equipment is solely between you and the supplier, offline or as otherwise agreed by you and them.
- You are responsible for confirming the supplier's suitability, device condition, licensing (where applicable), and safety for your use case. Consult a qualified doctor before using medical equipment.
- You must provide accurate contact information and not misuse the platform (spam, fraud, or harmful conduct).
3. Terms for vendors (suppliers)
- You list and manage your own inventory. You remain solely responsible for device quality, maintenance, hygiene, licensing (including any MD-42 or other regulatory requirements), GST invoicing, and fulfilment.
- Information you publish (prices, stock, coverage area, credentials) must be accurate and kept up to date. Misleading listings may be removed.
- Leads and customer contact details shared via Sanjione are for fulfilling that enquiry only. Do not misuse lead data for unrelated marketing without a lawful basis and the customer's consent.
- Any contract, payment collection, deposit, refund, damage claim, or dispute with a customer is between you and the customer. Sanjione is not a guarantor or escrow agent.
- Platform commission is currently 0% until Sanjione announces otherwise. If fees are introduced, continued use after notice may constitute acceptance of the updated commercial terms.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sanjione and its founders, officers, and agents are not liable for any loss arising from use of the platform or from any transaction, communication, or relationship between users and vendors, including without limitation:
- Loss of or damage to machines / equipment — theft, breakdown, defect, contamination, delayed delivery, or improper use.
- Injury, illness, or loss of life — whether related to equipment use, advice given by a supplier, or any other third-party act or omission.
- Loss of money or financial loss — deposits, rental fees, refunds, failed payments, fraud, chargebacks, or any money processed or arranged through introductions made via our website (including offline payments between parties).
Sanjione's role is limited to connecting two points — customer and supplier. We do not control suppliers' operations, inventory, staff, vehicles, or payment collection. Any claim relating to a rental or related service should be directed to the supplier (or customer) who is party to that arrangement.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law (including applicable consumer-protection rules). Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
5. Platform availability
We provide the website on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without notice. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Contact
Questions about these terms: use the contact options on the website or email the address published for Sanjione support once the domain is live. A grievance officer contact will be published after legal review.
