How Sanjione works
A calm path from search to supplier contact — and you decide when outreach stops.
Find equipment
Search from the home page, use guided find at /find, or tap a symbol under “Often needed at home”.
Pick a supplier
Compare indicative prices. Contact one supplier directly, or ask up to three matching suppliers to reach you.
Share contact once
Add your phone and email so suppliers can call you. Optional health notes go only to the supplier you choose.
Suppliers reach out
Arrange rental, delivery, and payment directly with the supplier. There is no payment on Sanjione at launch.
You stay in control
Check your email for a private manage link. Open the lead to more suppliers or close it when you are done.
Common questions
Will you sell my phone number?
No. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
How many people will call me?
If you contact one supplier, only they get your number. If you ask matching suppliers, up to three may claim and contact you — until you close the enquiry.
Do I need an account?
No. We email you a private link to manage or close your enquiry — no password required.
Is payment safe on Sanjione?
There is no on-platform payment at launch. You pay the supplier directly as you agree with them.
Can I delete my data?
Contact support to request export or deletion. A self-service option is planned for later.
