Plain-language summary
In plain language — how we use your information when you submit an enquiry on Sanjione.
- We collect your name, email, phone, pincode, and enquiry details to route your request to equipment suppliers.
- Listings and prices are indicative only — suppliers provide them; Sanjione does not guarantee stock or final quotes.
- When you submit an enquiry, you agree we may share your contact and enquiry details with one or more relevant suppliers so they can respond.
- Rental, delivery, payment, and returns are arranged directly between you and the supplier — not through Sanjione at launch.
- Optional health notes (e.g. prescription info) are shared only with the supplier handling your enquiry.
- We do not sell your personal data to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.
- You can close an enquiry anytime via the email link we send — suppliers should stop contacting you for that request.
- Contact support to request data export or deletion. A self-service option is planned for later.

Anonymous usage analytics
To improve search, city coverage, and supplier matching, we record anonymous interaction metadata — for example catalog filters, guided find choices, listing views, and enquiry category/city. These events use a one-way session hash, not your phone or email, and are not sold to third parties.
We retain this anonymous metadata indefinitely to understand long-term demand trends (for example seasonal shifts and city expansion). It contains no phone, email, or name, is not sold to third parties, and is separate from enquiry records you can ask us to delete.
Technical details
Data is hosted on India-aligned infrastructure when deployed to production. We use your information only to operate the enquiry and supplier-matching service described above.
